This practice should be the model for all professional organizations! From my first call the professionalism of the staff was amazing. I left a message and they returned my call within the hour. Being a new patient the process was quick and simple. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day which was shock. Normally it takes weeks if not months. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted within seconds by a staff member that gave me a packet of information to complete. When completing the paperwork another staff member asked if I wanted something to drink. I completed the paperwork handed to the receptionist and she called personnel and told them I was ready. I was taken back and was explained the process and they contacted the doctor and he came in. I was in the chair five minutes and the doctor was in the room. UNBELIEVABLE! Dr. Ramos had reviewed all my records and X-rays from my referring physician and explained that he was going to do. He was wonderful, informative and personal. By the time I left the office I had a complete packet of information regarding the procedures to be performed, an estimate and information regarding payment options. Service was

Visited Dr Ramos for a second opinion for work that was done on my mouth. Dr Ramos was very thorough explaining exactly what was wrong with my dental bite. He had suggestions and how to fix it inclusive was able to write a finding letter to my current dentist with instructions and how to fix my issue. Melanie and also the dental hygienist staff was amazing. Very professional and friendly demeanor in which helped ease my frustration. They're positive attitude change my set of mind I came in frustrated a little angry and after speaking to them about the situation and them understanding it was a good feeling to be heard and to be understood. Empathy goes a long way. It was a pleasure speaking with them and knowing exactly how to resolve my issues and now I am confident that I will have a bright smile again.

Dr Schmitt reviewed my paperwork in advance of my appointment, listened attentively, & did a comprehensive exam. Thorough, knowledgeable, efficient along with excellent communication. Very competent.
